AROFIXECO is a degeneration activator for dyeing and prints with excellent we fastness properties. Its eco friendlily.

APPLICATION

Arofix ECO can be used in both exhaust method and padding method.
Recommended washing and fixation process:
Dyeing or printing Cold water washing Hot water washing(50-60)
Soaping(Argacel SW 2g/L,95-98 for 10 min.) Washing Fixation Washing Dry
Optimum dosage of Arofix ECO is depended on dyeing depth and fastness requirement.
For ISO 105-C03(60),Arofix ECO(Diluted) 0.3-1%o.w.f.
For ISO 105-C04(95),Arofix ECO(Diluted) 1-2%o.w.f.

Exhaust Method

Arofix ECO : 0.3-2%o.w.f.
pH : 5TO 6
L.R. : 1:5- 1:20
Temperature : 40-60C
Time : 15-30min.

Padding Method

Arofix ECO : 7 - 25 g/L
pH : 4TO 5
Pickup : 70%to 80%
Process Padding
At room temperature â†’ Dry

Stripping Method

Neutral soaping agent 2g/L
Na2CO3or NaOH 10g/L
Temperature : 80-90C
Time : 30min.

SAFEUSE AND HANDLING: Good hygienic and industrial practices should be followed and, AROFIX ECO when employed as recommended will not present any hazard. However, prolonged skin contact with the neat product should be avoided and any splashes on the skin should bewished off with water.
