DESCRIPTION:

AROBLOOMING AGNET is composition an aqueous amino polymer emulsion for a smooth Surface handle and Blooming effect on dark shades

PROPERTIES:

PRODUCT	Organ modified poly siloxane.
APPEARANCE	Milky dull white
PH	4.0-6.0
NATURE	Non-ionic.
COMPATIBITY	Compatible with cationic & non- ionic textile finishing agent

FEATURES:

Smooth Surface hand feel.
Enhances the shade of the finished fabrics significantly.
Consistent surface finish on woven.
Best recommended for Exhaust and Padding applications.
Best suitable for black, dark blue shade Cotton substrates.
Self life 6 months.

APPLICATION:

FORGARMENT FINISHING FOR Padding
(On Cotton & Blends) (Dry on wet Padding, On Cotton & Blends)
Dosage:2-4 % owm Dosage: 20-30 gpl
PH:5-5.5 PH: 5-5.5
Time:20-25 mins Time: 1 Dip/ 1 Nip
Temperature:<40°C Temperature: <40°C
Drying Temperature: 120-140°C Drying Temperature: 120-140°C

PROCESS:

Mix product well before use for better application.
Check compatibility with other bath additives before use.
Check the water quality. If water hardness / TDS is more than 250 ppm.
Check for any pH and temperature drift during the softening cycle
Do not expose product to prolonged periods at temperature above 50° C
Dilutions should be stored in close containers not more than a month.
