SHELFLIFE / STORAGE

• Product has a shelf life of at least 1 year, if Stored with sealed pack.
• Store at room temperature
• After adding Discharge powder the printing pastes must use within 4to 6 hours.

• Dark cotton fabric or garment fabrics (Knits)
• Discharge for direct or reactive dischargeable dyes.
• Manual& automatic screen-printing.
• Rotary and flat belt machine.

• Use100-120 Mesh Screen for Printing
• For Manual and automatic screen printing (Piece Printing)
• Print two + two strokes with drying in between.
• Dry with flash cure at 100 Deg C for 10 secs.
• Curing in conveyor at 200 Deg C for 55 secs or heat press at 130 Deg C for5 secs.
• For Rotary / Flat belt Printing,
• After printing, dry the fabric around 80 to 100 Deg C in drying chamber.
• Cure the fabric in Loop ager (Polly-without steam) at 120 to 150 Deg Cfor 2 to 3 mints
• Note: After adding discharge powder, the printing paste must be use within 4 to 6hours.
