PHYSICALNATURE:ARO Foam is one kind of foam paste. Especially, Aro foam could obtain soft hand touch. The effect is Achieved by curing this printing at about 110 -130 *C, At which the microsphere get expanded and the binder Get crosslinked, than good fastness properties can be Obtained to foam printing.
PHYSICALPROPERTIES
- Appearance: Yellowish Paste
- Composition: Special resin with foam powder
- PH(100%):5-7
- PACKAGING:1,10, 20 & 50KGS
SHELFLIFE/STORAGE:
- Product has a shelf life of 6months,
- Store in cool and dry place.
- APPLICATIONS: Print Aro foam on fabric.
- Dry the printed fabric.
- After drying, cure at 110*C to 120*C for 1 to 3 mints.
- If necessary, calendaring 110*C -120*C for 10 to 20Seconds, could be treated on fabric after printing.
